Return & Refund Policy
At THE UNIQUE ONE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully select and pack every product to ensure the best experience for you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy makes the process simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if the product meets the following conditions:
The request is raised within 5-7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product is in resalable condition with all original tags, labels, and accessories included.
Please note: Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened stationery & art supplies (e.g., pens, paints, sketch colors, markers, notebooks once written in).
Personalized or custom-made items.
Gift articles and fancy items that are fragile and have been unboxed, used, or damaged after delivery.
Home & personal use products (such as kitchen essentials, hygiene-related items, or consumables).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you will receive an email/SMS notification regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
Prepaid Orders (online payment): Refund credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged product).
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an alternative solution.
Replacement/Exchange will be delivered within 2-5 days
5. Return Process – How It Works
Initiate Request – Contact our Customer Care at theuniqueone0523@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Ship Product – Pack the product securely and ship it back to us, or request a pickup (available in select locations).
Inspection & Refund – Once received, we will inspect the product and process your refund or exchange as per policy.
6. Important Notes
Keep your original invoice/receipt handy for verification.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents after delivery will not be eligible for return/refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above policy.
